The Hanko is the traditional seal used by the Japanese to sign official documents. It therefore represents the person and must be closely linked to that person. Thus all production processes are handled in-house, including character input, rough engraving, finishing, stamping and certificate creation. All seals are blessed at one of the most important shrines in Kamakura to ensure that their new owner will be blessed with good fortune. Your name can also be stylized to create an auspicious pattern, which is said to improve luck in love, business and other areas of life.
A period of 2 to 3 weeks is necessary for the production of the personalized Hanko.
